Lisa Smith is an elite
ultra-runner and multi-sport adventure racer who is considered by many to be
one of the world’s top endurance athletes.
Holding a Masters Degree in Health Education and Fitness, Lisa has been
a personal trainer, coach and massage therapist for over 15 years. She is a proven motivator and an expert in
the health, fitness & nutrition world; her knowledge of sports training and
how to achieve consistent, positive results is among the best in the industry. Her incredible energy and winning attitude
are contagious – this is most evident in one of her favorite endeavors:
motivational speaking.
Her motto: “Find a dream & chase it down” has those she touches truly believe that any goal is obtainable. “Your body can achieve what your mind will permit” and “If you can dream it, you can do it” are words she uses often. Whether it’s shaving five minutes off a PR or running a marathon simply to finish, her commitment and dedication are the same: to see that each client’s aspiration is realized. One of Lisa’s greatest accomplishments is watching a client successfully complete a Triathlon…after helping her lose more than 90 pounds.
Stories about her
incredible athletic achievements have appeared on the covers of The NY Times, The LA Times, The Washington
